The 670mm Large Round Lift Assist Telescopic Bollard solves that with an internal lift-assist mechanism that reduces the lifting weight by up to 70% compared with the equivalent manual model.
It keeps the 114mm diameter and 5mm wall of our large bollard but stands 670mm above ground rather than 850mm, which suits driveways and entrances where the full height would look overbearing.
This is the model we suggest where a large bollard is wanted but the person operating it does not want to wrestle with it - a domestic driveway used several times a day, or a site where staff raise and lower the bollards each shift. Red and white chevrons are available.
