Our role: we are a marketplace

Secure Driveways is an introduction service. We provide impartial product information and guide prices, and we connect you with approved local installers. We do not manufacture, sell or install products ourselves.

Any contract for a survey, quotation, supply or installation is formed directly between you and the installer. The installer is solely responsible for the workmanship, the goods supplied, warranties, insurance, health and safety, and compliance with regulations such as Gate Safe force testing and Part P electrical requirements.

Guide prices are indicative

All prices shown on this website are indicative guide prices intended only to help you budget. They are not offers or quotations and are not binding on us or on any installer.

Your fixed price is confirmed in writing by the installer after a free on-site survey, and will vary with surface type, groundworks, drainage, power supply, access and product specification.

Enquiries and introductions

When you submit an enquiry you consent to your details being passed to one or more approved installers so they can contact you about a free survey. We aim to contact you within 48 hours. There is no charge to you for the enquiry or the survey, and you are under no obligation to proceed.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate, that you are entitled to request work at the property, and that you will not use our forms for spam, abuse or unlawful purposes.

Installer vetting

We check installers for public liability insurance, relevant accreditations and evidence of completed work, and we monitor customer feedback. This vetting is carried out in good faith but is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and it does not make us a party to your contract with the installer.

Content and intellectual property

Product descriptions, specifications, guides and images on this site are provided for general information and may change without notice. Specifications should always be confirmed with your installer before ordering. All content is owned by Secure Driveways or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the introduction service we provide. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, workmanship or products of any installer, nor for losses arising from reliance on indicative guide prices. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to hello@securedriveways.com.
