The Stainless Steel Domestic Telescopic Bollard is the model we recommend most often to homeowners who want serious driveway security without an industrial-looking post outside the front door. The brushed satin grade 304 stainless finish sits comfortably alongside modern block paving, resin drives, contemporary gates and glazed frontages.

It works exactly like our galvanised domestic bollard. Unlock it and the bollard lowers into its below-ground housing, leaving a clear, flush entrance. Raise it and the 10-pin integral lock holds it in place, so the space cannot be used and a vehicle parked behind it cannot easily be driven away.

Stainless steel also handles weather and road salt better than a painted finish, which matters on an exposed frontage. Where more than one bollard is fitted across a wider entrance, they can be keyed alike so a single key operates the set.
